6th grade has been working on fractions.
One website we have been using in class is www.learner.org. If your child hasn't used this website yet, they will soon. It is very informative and shows many ways to model different concepts for our common core standards. This website gives students access to a different type of reading material than they may be used to, which is always a plus even if it is difficult.
We use multiple textbooks so you may see different text books or other resources come home.
